News Hubz: Xbox One sold 19 million times

The Xbox One is probably 19 million times been sold. This appears from an estimate of game publisher Electronic Arts (EA) on the total number of consoles that this generation has been sold.

Microsoft has chosen not to make more known how many consoles have been sold, but there’s estimate due to the quarterly EA .

EA CFO Blake Jorgensen made a statement that he estimates that it sold 55 million consoles of the new generation. He is referring to both the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

Sony made earlier this year announced that it had sold a total of 35.9 million PlayStation 4 consoles. That would mean that Microsoft has sold about 19 million Xbox consoles.

According to Jorgensen, the number of consoles of the new generation which has sold nearly 50 percent higher than sales of the previous generation in the same period.
