Some protested the posters to include on display in the London Underground. Miley Cyrus figures in the campaign to promote the make-up brand MAC. Opponents find posters too spicy and child unfriendly to the metro stations.
The ASA refutes this criticism now: “They’re not overtly s3xual, and it is unlikely that it is serious or widespread offense taken.”
Miley Cyrus does get more frequent complaints about her provocative appearance. Previously there by parents’ associations include attempts to keep the scantily clad singer at the MTV Video Music Awards to keep the prices gala child friendly.
