Selena Gomez finds it very uncomfortable to talk about her autoimmune disease Lupus, for which she underwent chemotherapy in 2013.
She says in the television program Today, writes People Monday.
“To be honest, it still feels a little weird,” says the 23-year-old singer. “But I have finally done it yet, so I can be closer to my fans.”
Gomez hopes in this way to ensure that more people will understand her. “I hope I can perform better conversations with anybody,” she continues. The singer has had a history of negative reports in the media, and this way she hopes to change that. “I’d love to be understood.”
