Security researchers pirates Nissan Leaf via mobile app
The Australian Security researcher Troy Hunt has managed the mobile companion app for an electric vehicle of the Japanese manufacturer Nissan to crack. This gives him access to all the data gathered by the model Leaf while driving. The vulnerability in the app allows as well to manipulate features such as air conditioning and heating, as IT Security Guru reported.
