Kris Jenner is a grandmother again. On Saturday, her daughter Kim Kardashian gave birth to a baby boy, named Saint. For now the mom and her husband Kanye West remain very discreet and have not been seen in public, it’s different for Kris Jenner.

Kim Kardashian has had a pretty tough last weeks of pregnancy. She underwent a painful operation to recover Saint in a correct position and prevent caesarean section. The star also suffers from a placenta accreta, a condition where the placenta grows in the uterus too. Kim recently told in detail what she suffered when she was pregnant the first time North. “The doctor had to enter all his arm and detach the placenta with his hand, the scratching of my uterus with her nails. My mother was crying, she had never seen anything like it,” she told on her website last month.
