The PC versions of Fallout 4 comparison with PS4 & X-One

Digital Foundry has the PC to Xbox One and PS4 versions of Fallout four. The company used here have a budget PC for which is a Core i3 4130 and GTX 750 Ti. Additionally, Digital Foundry also shows the differences in frame rate between the Xbox One and PS4 versions.
