The web version of WhatsApp since Wednesday also available for iPhone.
The function will be gradually rolled out and may still not readily available to everyone.
To use the web version of WhatsApp must have installed the latest update of WhatsApp, and the function must be activated via the Settings menu. Then a qr-code must be scanned at the site of Whatsapp, after which the function is activated.
Whatsapp’s messages are not in the cloud, but are stored on the smartphone user. The Web version also does not work by itself, but synchronized with the smartphoneapp. If the smartphone is not connected to the Internet, the web version of the app works so either.
Whatsapp introduced the web version of WhatsApp already in February, but the position was initially only available for Android and Windows Phone.
