LG launches smartphone G4

LG has presented Tuesday the new G4 smartphone. The successor of the G3 is from late May to buy in the Netherlands, from 649 euros.

The G4 was launched at events in New York, London, Paris, Singapore, Istanbul and Seoul. Particularly the G4 is among other things that it is available with a leather back, where to choose from six colors. Customers can also choose a back which is made of ceramic, in white, metallic gray or gold. The appearance should be fashionable and elegant, says LG.

The smartphone has a slight curvature, causing it to be stronger than previous models. The rear camera can shoot photos in 16 megapixels, which is at the front in 8 megapixels. What is new is that the camera manual focus, shutter speed, ISO sensitivity and white balance can be set.

The G4 of the screen is 5.5 inches wide with a HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. According LG are in comparison with the G3 especially the colors, the brightness and the contrast is greatly improved. The phone runs on Android 5.1.
