Facebook Testing New Notifications Tab

Facebook is the way notifications are displayed renew. Various types of messages are now all together in one screen.
This confirms a Facebook spokesman opposite Mashable . “We’re testing a new notification tab where more relevant messages about everything that is interesting display on that day,” the spokesman said.

The new notification screen messages divided into eight different categories. There is a separate screen for birthdays, but also for life events, events, places nearby, trending topics, local news, friends near and messages from the past.

Users can customize the notification screen, so that more or fewer categories are displayed.

The new notification screen is first rolled out in the US, but will then also be made available to the rest of the world.
