Bugatti Chiron gets 463 km / h
Bugatti promises with its new Chiron to pull out all the stops; reportedly took the car a top speed of 461 km / h!
Car Magazine recently visited the Bugatti headquarters in Molsheim and there came to know the necessary details about the new model Chiron.
The Veyron successor will regain a W16 under the hood. This time the capacity is up to 1,500 hp. The maximum would amount to 1,500 Nm. The forces are released again on all four wheels.
The Chiron is lighter than the Veyron with a new material mix (photo). The extra horsepower and lower weight takes the sprint to 100 km / h in the new Bugatti only 2.0 seconds.
The English magazine reports that Bugatti is aiming for a top speed of 288 miles per hour (461 km / h). Thus the Chiron would be again the fastest car in the world. Probably Bugatti unveils the newcomer in 2016.
